Wall e
Director: Andrew Stanton
Duration: 90 mnts
Language: English
Wall-E (short for Waste Allocation Lift Loader, Earth-Class) is the only
one of his kind of robot left on earth after a botched attempt at trying
to clean the earth that has been overrun with garbage. He developed a
personality over 700 years, after humanity had deserted the planet for
a "five-year" cruise in which they expected the multitude of
Wall-Es to clean and restore the planet to habitable conditions. Wall-E
is curious and lonely, repeatedly watching a "Hello, Dolly!"
tape and collecting miscellaneous junk, which he keeps meticulously organized.
